- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for division employees, including new manager onboarding and ongoing workforce development efforts.
- Collaborate with Workforce Development team to produce comprehensive training manuals and digital learning tools.
- The position is responsible for handling the operations of a technical and field support unit that will support the Division of Stations and Environmental Operations.
- This position will work closely with various vendors, support divisions and internal customers to determine appropriate inspection cycles, support asset inspection processes, as well as corrective and preventative maintenance protocols.
- The director and their staff will assist in the design and utilization of applications to improve efficiency and report on operational performance.
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve asset availability.
- Director will work with the Division of Stations Work Force Development and Employee Engagement Team to ensure that newly approved chemicals are effective and utilized appropriately Cleaning Staff.
- Develop details requests and plans to replace aged and non-functioning assets.
Five years (5) of full-time related experience of which three (3) must have been in a managerial or supervisory capability, and a High School Diploma
