Confidential Position
 Seeking meticulous candidates for a Confidential role in our organization’s Specialized Cleaning Support Staff.  Appointees will be required to work under the direction of the District Customer Service Manager, Group Station Manager and Superintendents in the unit. Duties and desired skills include, but are not limited to the following:
 
Position Overview:
 Diverse administrative tasks, including supporting management and employees, overseeing daily office needs, and managing tasks related to Mobile Wash. Professional Communication
 
Responsibility:
    • Coordinate diverse communication systems for prompt call response and condition handling
    • Collaborate efficiently with Field Supervisors, Leadership, Team members, and various departments
    • Manager Database for accuracy
    • Assist with scheduling cleaning assignments and making notifications to Supervisors. 
    • Organize daily reports electronically
    • Maintain records, manage incident filing, and track vehicle maintenance. 
    • Oversee employee training,
    • Maintain supplies
    • Inspect facility
    • Conduct Safety talks
    • Manage vehicle keys, issuance/return of.
    • Prepare detailed reports and supervisor on-site mechanics for optimal maintenance coordination

Compensation:

Station Supervisor I   - (Lateral Transfer)

Station Supervisor II   - (Lateral Transfer)

Education and Experience:

Station Supervisors who have one (1) year in title.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Understanding of Refuse operational needs and goals
  • Knowledge of New York City Transit rules, regulations and operating procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
 Selection Method:

Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience and interview.
