** THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO ALL NYC TRANSIT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS I AND II (A/B/C/D/E/F/H/LIGHTING/V&D STRUCTURES TITLES) **
  
Responsibilities:
Supervises a group of subordinate supervisors in structure group specialties required to maintain, install, inspect, test, alter and repair Facilities’ assets.  Provide a safe environment for both employees and ridership.  Reviews stock availability list against usage reports and anticipated needs.  Compiles and analyzes records.  Conducts investigations and prepares reports.  Other duties as assigned
 
Compensation:        
1st Step – Entrance    $110,381        
2nd Year                      $111,951        
3rd Year                      $115,888   
 
Education and Experience:
Five years of full-time satisfactory experience with a major railroad or transit authority; at least one year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity.
        
Desired Skills:         
  • Proficient in the use of EAM.
  • Understanding of construction processes and methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and navigate specifications
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
