Salary Range: $87,951 - $124,834 (Grade E)
Responsibilities
This position will assist Service Delivery in high-level analytical, strategic, and administrative functions with the goal of providing more efficient and cost-effective operation, utilizing best business practices. This role will liaise with the members of the senior staff including the Chief-Field Operations, Chief-Operations Control Center, and Deputy Chief-Field Operations Services to formalize, document, and continuously update the division’s business and administrative processes. This position will aid Service Delivery in facilitating all business aspects with internal and external stakeholders on policies, new initiatives, and operational matters. Will develop systems and procedures to monitor and provide oversight to the combined analytical staff of Service Delivery. This position will be responsible for creating and overseeing the communications and record-keeping processes of interactions between the Office of the VP, senior staff, employees, and the unions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Business Management, Administration, Transportation, Public Administration, or a satisfactory equivalent. 5 Years of Experience. 2 Years of Managerial and/or Supervisory Experience.

Other Information
