These employees operate trains, maintain railcars, assist customers in stations, make critical right-of-way or electronic repairs, and provide administrative support to deliver timely and reliable customer services.
Compensation
Salary Range (Grade F/ 516 points): $82,381- $130,216
UTLO Compression Rate: $128,005
Responsibilities
The Department of Subways is seeking dynamic, customer-focused leaders for the role of Group Station Superintendent, OCC. The OCC Group Station Superintendent will have front-line, direct accountability for the efficient, timely and customer-focused execution of functions related to incident management; reporting and dispatching of emergency responders; collaborating with and leading a dynamic team while monitoring metrics to ensure unit’s goals are met. The Group Station Superintendent, OCC will assign and direct staff responsible for receiving calls from internal and external customers while assessing and documenting information for reported incidents, dispatching appropriate responders, and performing data entry. The Group Station Superintendent, OCC will operate in compliance with NYCT rules, regulations, labor relations, and personnel policies.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and five (5) years of full-time related experience; of which two (2) years must have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity; or a satisfactory combination of education and experience.

All appointments, except for the Department of Subways employees on MaBSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.

As an employee of MTA-NYC Transit, you may be required to complete an annual financial disclosure statement with the State of New York, if your position earns more than $101,379 (this figure is subject to change) per year or if the position is designated as a policy maker.
