Position Objective:
Provide accurate utility billings to tenants in Grand Central Terminal (GCT) and maintain proper documentation. Manage and record maintenance data to keep asset records complete and check the accuracy of inspection reports. Provide support to GCT Management regarding utility and inventory databases and collaborate effectively with MNR internal departments and outside agencies. Manage, supervise, and provide guidance to agreement employees.

Employees driving company vehicles must complete defensive driver training once every three years for current MNR drivers; or within 180 days of hire or transfer for an employee entering an authorized driving position.
