Salary Range: (Grade F/438) $ 82,381.00 (min) $106,298.50 (mid) $130,216.00 (max)
UTLO Compression: $125,011
Responsibility:
Service Delivery Superintendents will be responsible for managing field line operations related to the day-to-day performance of all rapid transit activities on a major subway line or corridor. On a daily basis, successful candidates will coordinate the provision of service to achieve customer focused service and will work to maintain an efficient operation, ensuring high on-time performance and enhanced customer communications. Incumbents will be responsible for the review and analysis of unit/line specific performance metrics, identify trends and institute appropriate measures to improve performance and enhance safety. Superintendents will create an environment that encourages and drives employee engagement and will mentor and develop their direct reports, preparing them for increased responsibilities and promotional opportunities. All Superintendents will respond to emergencies and major service disruptions. This position is a front-line entry level management position with advancement opportunities to Line or Desk Superintendent.
