Assistant Transit Management Analyst I: $65,954 - $78,079 (TA)
Assistant Transit Management Analyst II: $76,577 - $85,288 (TA)
Associate Transit Management Analyst: $86,565 - $112,083 (TA)
Responsibilities:
Under direction, with considerable latitude for independent initiative and judgement, the candidate will utilize various software applications to collect and analyze complex data from text files and other data sources. The candidate will be responsible for developing, updating and maintaining various computerized tracking systems required to analyze expenditures or generate reports, prepare budget forecasts through the Work Program, calculate FTEs (Full Time Equivalents) and update staffing requirements, if necessary. Will design and run queries from Access database and use Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze the key drivers which may affect Employee Availability and overtime over-runs. The incumbent prepares charts, graphs and data tables to show trends for presentations. Provides support for various projects. Accurate data extraction and processing is critical to management’s ability to monitor overtime usage and adhere to overtime guidelines
