Salary Range: (Grade E/551) $87,951 - $139,020
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the management and oversight of the applications, people, and processes related to Service Delivery’s train control and recording applications. This position would be responsible for the continuing development, training, and utilization of the Itrac system, and its eventual transition to an interface with ATS-B, the Trip Editor group, and the administration and access to Incident Reporting applications (SIRS/STARS, etc.). The position will be responsible for the oversight of the On-Time Performance and Mileage units at the Operations Control Center (OCC), and their outputs of our performance reporting statistics, and ensures that operating employees within Service Delivery, the OCC, and the Field, are utilizing these applications, ensuring the outputs are in alignment with the corporate vision.
Education and Experience:
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college. Six (6) years of related full-time experience and four (4) years must have been in a managerial or supervisory capacity, or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.
