Transit Management Analyst Trainee: $56,586.00
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I: $65,954 - $78,079 (TA)
Assistant Transit Management Analyst II: $76,577 - $85,288 (TA)
Associate Transit Management Analyst: $86,565 - $112,083 (TA)
Responsibilities:
Transit Management Analyst Trainee: Under close supervision, is trained in and performs beginning level transit management analyst work for the purpose of acquiring knowledge, skill, and competence in conducting research and methods analysis and performing management engineering work for the Transit Authority; performs related work.
Transit Management Analyst Series: The selected candidate will support the Director of Division Operations with administrative and budget related functions. The incumbent’s responsibilities will include monitoring & expense tracking, Capital Projects, TA Labor reports, UTS download analysis, overtime monitoring, Work Program review, FTE calculations, hiring review and input. This role will prepare budget requests, extend reimbursable headcount, funding, and budget entries along with project review, request, Fan Plant, Force Accounts, Cost Verification review, job number requests, analysis, and utilization. Ad hoc requests / division support as requested/needed.
Education and Experience:
Transit Management Analyst Trainee: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I and II:

All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
