Position Objective:
This position will assist in developing and maintaining track data, such as Track Department maintenance and production work, temporary track conditions, and track defects, while gradually taking on analytical responsibilities. The manager will assist the Assistant Deputy Director and Assistant Director with the weekly/annual Track Usage meetings by drafting/compiling the weekly Track Usage document to aid in coordination efforts amongst the various user groups requesting track outages. This position will assist in monitoring MofW mapping projects and will also investigate and audit the track outage process to ensure peak efficiency
