COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $81,780 - $116,074 / Grade F (480 hay points)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the project management of multiple contracts established for the maintenance and repair of the existing fleet of subway cars sub-systems based on shop requests. Responsible for all phases of the contract including initiating requisitions for the repair and upgrade of subway car component; preparing cost estimates; budget allocation; system removal and subsequent installation; reliability tracking; and enforcing contractual warranty procedures. Interfaces with shops for the review of maintenance and repair requests. Prepares and administers loan agreements to evaluate and test new and replacement equipment. Reviews and approves vendors' invoices prior to submittal to the Business Service Center.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
A Baccalaureate in Business Administration, Accounting, and Engineering; an equivalent combination of education and experience from an accredited college may be considered in lieu of degree.
AND
Five (5) years experience of which two (2) must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
