Compensation

Salary Range- $81,780-$116,074 (Grade F)


Responsibilities

The NYCT Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program Management Office (PMO) is carrying out an agency-wide initiative to optimize the way we manage our assets throughout their lifecycle, and to implement changes that result in more cost-effective and performance ­based decision making. EAM seeks to integrate systematic and coordinated activities by targeting the best international asset management practices to create guidelines for business practices, redesigning business process to increase operational efficiency and reach goals more productively, and by implementing information technology strategically as a tool to improve decision making and reduce risks, which will yield greater assets and enhance the transfer of knowledge seamlessly.

The EAM Administration Manager will have several responsibilities including:


a) Contact Administration - manage all EAM PMO contracts, which involve the purchase of goods (i.e., material, equipment, systems) and services (i.e., consulting, training) that are crucial to the achievement of the organization's enterprise asset management goals, from quote creation to signed agreement to closing. The Manager, EAM Administration will work in partnership with management, legal, and procurement departments to drive contracts quickly and efficiently while ensuring compliance/execution is in accordance with company policy and alignment with organizational goals.

Activities include: 

- Prepare contract summaries that include contractual requirements and budgets.- Prepare contract summaries that include contractual requirements and budgets.- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.- Analyze and mitigate risk.- Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status and facilitate contractor meetings.- Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.- Perform closing activities as needed- Preparing documentation needed for project control purposes- Track payments and deadlines

b) Special projects liaison with internal clients and Executive Team to ensure progress is achieved in various initiatives

Activities include:

- Update monthly tracking sheet for initiatives portfolio document actions and items- Update monthly tracking sheet for initiatives portfolio document actions and items- Attend and participate in monthly cross-functional meetings and ad hoc initiative updates as required.- Provide input, best practices, and other contributions to specific initiatives.- Evaluate alternatives to current portfolio tracking practices (i.e, potential use of project management tools) to enable more effective controls on project scoping and delivery activities- Communicate directly with senior NYCT leaders as required to provide updates/formal presentations- Coordinate with the NYCT EAM Executive Program Manager to identify areas of alignment between specific initiatives and EAM PMO goals and objectives

c) Coordinate the administrative support for the PMO

Test Script writing utilizing script templates and parameters for Desktop and Mobile

b. Writing global templates of test cases to be used by analyst.
c. Execute test scripts for (Project launches, Regression testing, Change Requests, Troubleshooting)d. Utilize software tools for daily tasks and administering Bug Tracking, HP ALM, Jira, Confluence,

e. Collaborate with Technology team, Division leads and Business Subject Matter Experts to complete project needs

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of satisfactory full-time professional experience and two (2) years of managerial/supervisory experience.

Desired Skills

a. Test Script writing utilizing script templates and parameters for Desktop and Mobile 
b. Writing global templates of test cases to be used by analyst
c. Execute test scripts for (Project launches, Regression testing, Change Requests, Troubleshooting)
d. Utilize software tools for daily tasks and administering Bug Tracking, HP ALM, Jira, Confluence, Katalon, Selenium
e. Collaborate with Technology team, Division leads and Business Subject Matter Experts to complete project needs

Preferred Desired Skills:

a) Previous experience in Quality Assurance or analytical role

b) Experience in writing and executing technical test scripts with use of Jira, HP ALM, Selenium, Katalon

Selection Method

Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview.
 
All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
