Compensation:
Salary range: $93,473 - $132,672 (Grade D - 594 points) 
Compression Rate: $128,500
Responsibilities: 
This position manages the servicing logistics of installing the new OMNY CVMs and decommissioning of MVMs and MEMs.  The incumbent manages the collection, servicing, and bank deposit of all NYCT and MTA Bus passenger revenue.  Responsible for meeting LIRR and Metro North collection and delivery requirements, and controlling the chain of custody of cash, coin, and fare media for the Division.  Directs personnel staffing, training, payroll preparation and administration of work picks, as well as manages labor contract grievances and discipline. Manage the Department’s fleet of armored trucks and vehicles.  Responsible for developing, analyzing, and modifying operational procedures for improved efficiencies/productivity in operations.  Oversee administrative functions and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college with a major in business administration or a related field and eight (8) years of professional full-time experience in an operating and control environment of which four (4) years must have been in a managerial or supervisory capacity OR
  2. A satisfactory equivalent of the combined education and experience requirements.
  3. Upon selection and as a condition of employment, will be required to file and be approved for a valid Carry New York City Police Department Pistol Permit, if not already in possession of.
Desired Skills:
  • Detailed knowledge of secure armored truck operations, truck routing and staff allotment. 
  • Detailed understanding of labor relations and experience working in a highly secure facility environment.  
  • Familiarity with NYCT rules and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced, time sensitive, operating environment.
  • Excellent PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
