Compensation:
Salary Range (Grade B/775): $109,876 - $155,953.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will oversee all administrative and operational support aspects for Station Maintenance, which represents over 1000 maintenance personnel. This position will be responsible for the planning and execution of various initiatives within Station Maintenance, including the Station Refresh Program, LED conversion program (cost savings), and roll out of preventive and predicative maintenance programs. This position will also work on developing and rolling out new KPIs for Station Maintenance to drive best practices across the team.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in planning, Business, Finance, Accounting and Data Science, or a related Field. Ten (10) years of full-time related experience and five (5) years must have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity; or
A satisfactory combination of education and experience.

All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
