Salary Range: $100,700 - Max: $142,929 (Grade C - 677 hay points)
Compression Minimum $128,000
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for all business and administrative functions of the depot, including but not limited to budget development and control; personnel administration; analysis of depot methods/procedures and recommendations for productivity improvements. The incumbent will provide operation support to the depot, as well as fulfill specific informational requirements, planning and/or analytical reporting needs of both the division General Manger and the Division of Operations Support. Develop and monitor all depot budgets, overtime, personnel and goal performance-related matters. Analyze depot operations to ensure consistency with established policies and procedures. Recommend policy/procedure changes and improvements to meet and/or maintain goals. Manage personnel activities for all depot employees, including payroll submission and distribution, problem resolution, training needs, medical, and all other personnel and employee-related availability matters.
Education and Experience
1. A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in Business Administration or a related field and eight (8) years of related experience, at least four (4) years of which must have been in a supervisory/managerial/administrative capacity.
2. A satisfactory equivalent of the combined education/experience requirements.
Desired Skills
- General knowledge of the principles and techniques of budgeting, personnel management and/or information management.
- Strong skills in the basic managerial disciplines of planning, organization and controlling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of bus transportation.
