COMPENSATION
Associate Transit Management Analyst: $86,565 - $112,083
Assistant Transit Management Analyst Level II: $76,577 - $85,288
Assistant Transit Management Analyst Level I: $65,954 - $78,079

RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for researching multiple systems to understand data discrepancies; leverage tools such as Power BI, Access, and Excel to run queries, conduct deep dive analyses in timekeeping issues; learn multiple timekeeping and HRIS systems and conduct root cause analysis in timekeeping and associated processes to drive process improvements. Will aid in the efforts to reduce lost time which is sanctioned at the highest levels within the Department of Subways. In addition, the selected candidate may also be required to attend senior Subway Safety meetings and is tasked with assisting and presenting data regarding IOD claims.
The candidate may also be tasked with processing employee pay, time and leave adjustments, conducting audits, closing and releasing weekly payroll, creating/updating spreadsheets, scanning and filling paperwork, responding to correspondence from employees, union representatives, BSC Payroll, Human Resources, OHS, Workers' Comp and/or other inter-agency personnel, and assisting with special assignments and projects as needed.

- Proficiency in Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Access, Powerpoint

Selection Method
Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview.
All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
