Assistant Transit Management Analyst I: $62,471 – $73,956
Assistant Transit Management Analyst II: $72,534 – $80,784
Associate Transit Management Analyst: $81,994 - $106,164
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will aid Subject Matter Experts in the implementation of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software and the roll-out of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) related projects. The incumbent will:
- Support in the setup, design, implementation, and continued maintenance of each division utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management software.
- Be responsible for interpreting and gathering data for business needs; finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data; assisting with testing of software to ensure that it functions correctly; and providing tech support to field and internal users on web and mobile.
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
Education and Experience:
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I-II:
- A master's degree from an accredited college in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, and one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in the collection, evaluation and use of data relating to operational procedures, administrative systems, equipment and space utilization, and staffing requirements, including the preparation of charts, graphs, drawings and technical reports; or
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in one of the areas listed in "1" above; and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience as described in "1" above.
Associate Transit Management Analyst:
- A master's degree from an accredited college in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, and two years of full-time satisfactory professional experience in the collection, evaluation and use of data relating to operational procedures, administrative systems, equipment and space utilization, and staffing requirements, including the preparation of charts, graphs, drawings and technical reports. One year of experience must have been in the transportation industry; or
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in one of the areas listed in "1" above; and three years of full-time satisfactory experience as described in "1" above. One year of this experience must have been in the transportation industry.

Selection Method:
Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview.
All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MaBSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
