Compensation:
Salary Range (Grade D/594): $88,539 - $131,381
UTLO Rate: $131,500
Responsibilities:
This position is accountable, as designated, for planning, organizing, directing units, and managing personnel in activities related to the maintenance and construction of Infrastructure assets within The Division of Facilities subdivision's which consist of: Yards & Barns, Heating & Air Conditioning, Fire Suppression & Building Maintenance. Manage construction projects in subways, yards, and structures. 0versee subordinates and perform duties that may include developing cost estimates, providing necessary inspection, maintenance, repair, and/or construction activities to ensure that Infrastructure assets are safe, cost effective and reliable. Assume the duties and responsibilities of the General Superintendent in his/her absence.
Education and Experience:
1. A High School Diploma and Five (5) years of full-time related experience and three (3) years must have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity; or; - OR -
2. A satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.
