$65,971 to $86,587

Summary

Supports the department by streamlining the administrative and financial procedures and guidelines to ensure a successful project. This position is responsible for participating in budget administration, providing analyses, keeping records, and monitoring and compliance with legal agreements.

 

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain program control procedures for financial reconciliation.

 

Monitor and reconcile third-party invoices/payments.

 

Review and track unit contracts and invoices.

 

Assist in developing and producing the monthly report.

 

Monitor the third-party replenishment accounts.

 

Develop financial reports using actual cost information.

 

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

 

Education and Experience

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field. 

 

Must have a minimum of four (4) years of related experience.

  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Proficient computer skills (i.e., Windows environment, Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, PowerBI, etc.) and strong business administrative skills (i.e., presentations, report and letter writing, time management, etc.).
