COMPENSATION:
Salary Range - $77,463 (min) - $122,442 (max) – Grade F
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a hands-on broad-scope managerial position. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementing, directing, and management of property-wide communications and computer systems. High level of technical responsibility for extremely complex and ongoing software functions related to systems analysis, data administration, database management systems, operations systems, data communications systems, and online applications programming. Participates in contingency planning, reviews video footage, and requests for the CCTV Security Camera System, and disseminates information within current protocols. Deploys the system to new users and ensure their access. Serves as liaison with vendors for procurement of new system technologies. Assists in the evaluation and selection of telecommunication systems, local area networks, and computer hardware/software products. Performs quality assurance activities. Reviews and resolves IT-related issues.
This position will also partner and coordinate with MTA IT on project plans for the development of technology solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A baccalaureate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and a minimum of Two (2) years of full-time professional experience, with at least one (1) years of Managerial/Supervisory experience; or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.
