Confidential Position
Seeking meticulous candidates for a Confidential role in our organization's Specialized Cleaning Support Staff. This position entails diverse administrative tasks, including supporting management and employees, overseeing daily office needs, and managing tasks related to Mobile Wash operations.
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the designated Manager, the selected candidate will assume the role of Station Supervisor within the Mobile Wash unit. This role entails a range of responsibilities that contribute to the effective functioning of the station. The Station Supervisor will be responsible for communication coordination, data management, scheduling, facility upkeep, training oversight, and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibility:
Coordinate diverse communication systems for prompt call response and condition handling. Collaborate efficiently with Field Supervisors, Leadership, and team members. Manage databases for accuracy. Assist in scheduling cleaning assignments and notifying Supervisors. Organize daily reports electronically. Maintain records, manage incident filing, and track vehicle maintenance. Oversee employee training and maintain supplies. Inspect facilities, conduct safety talks, and manage vehicle keys. Prepare detailed reports and supervise on-site mechanics for optimal maintenance coordination. The role of the Station Supervisor entails professional communication, meticulous record-keeping, and safety commitment for efficient Mobile Wash unit operations.

Station Supervisor I - (Lateral Transfer)
Station Supervisor II - (Lateral Transfer)
Education and Experience:
Station Supervisors who have one (1) year in title.
Computer Skills:
Should have intermediate data analysis skills on Excel or similar tools to write and execute formulas and reports, pivot table summaries, and lookups. Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, such as Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI. Strong understanding of operational needs and resource allocation that balances schedules and prioritization of jobs to achieve daily and departmental goals.
