Hours of Work: As Required 

Responsibilities 
This position is responsible for monitoring/performing audits at primary carriers to ensure that the primary carriers comply with NYCT-Department of Paratransit contractual requirements. These activities include continuous monitoring of on-time performance standards, management of pull out/radar surveys, reporting of camera/toll /contract violations, and license monitoring. Manage and develop driver safety and training programs in support of primary carrier operations.

Compensation 
Represented by UTLO (Grade E- 556)

Compression:  $122,500

Education and Experience
1. Six (6) years of related experience, including a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/managerial experience; or

2. A satisfactory equivalent of education/experience
