Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for processing and scheduling – Reclassification, Return to Work, Demotions, Reinstatements and Restorations to Title which require special attention to make sure it is done efficiently due to the changes in employees’ status and/or salary. Be a liaison between OHS and various departments to ensure the process and paperwork is correct and done in a timely manner. The incumbent will create a manual for the process of Reinstatements, Restorations to Title, Demotions (Voluntary and Involuntary and Return to Work for all Medical Facilities to follow and adhere to the process. In addition, provide Quality Assurance for all the above-mentioned tasks, as well as duties assigned by management as required.
