COMPENSATION
Salary Range - $104,077 – $154,437 (Grade B) 839 Hay Points
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for directing daily operations, budgetary controls training, procedures, and regulation enforcement, as well as the overall administration of SIR Clifton MUE Shop Emergency Response and Car Cleaning Operations. The incumbent will oversee the performance of car fleet inspection/maintenance, fleet overhaul, road car operations, car cleaning, facility maintenance, and car engineering while directing personnel performance through the development of maintenance efficiency tests and audits. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and implementing emergency management plans and serve as the Emergency Response Officer while establishing and implementing business rules for new system integrations into New Car Procurement. This position is responsible for preparing /reviewing/updating standards and protocols for SIR Car Equipment. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee and report on all major incidents and will represent SIR at hearings.
