Description
Responsibilities:
Specifically responsible for developing supervisory picks, implementing schedule variations, maintaining on-time performance standards, administering discipline, and daily labor relations contact with line stewards and depot chairman.
Manage the development and implementation of quality control, safety and training programs in support of depot operations. Incumbents may also rotate between the Quality Performance and Training Divisions.
Pursuant to the New York State Public Officers Law & the MTA Code of Ethics, all employees who hold a policymaking position must file an Annual Statement of Financial Disclosure (FDS) with the NYS Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government (the “Commission”).
