SEVERAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS LEVEL II VACANCIES EXISTS

“This position is only open to NYC Transit Maintenance Supervisors I and II (Structure Divisions)”

Responsibility:

Supervises a group of subordinate supervisors doing the structural supervisory work required to maintain, alter and repair subway, surface, and elevated structures, including work on stairways, doors, roofs, station controls, floors, platforms, handrails and windows. Provide a safe environment for both employees and ridership.  Reviews stock availability list against usage reports and anticipated needs. Conducts investigations and prepares reports using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) as well as other sources of information. Perform inspections of capital and operating work as needed.

Compensation:
Maintenance Supervisor (Power Distribution) II Salary Range:

1st Step – Entrance    $100,491

2nd Year                     $101,921

3rd Year                      $105,504


Education and Experience:
Five years of full-time satisfactory experience with a major railroad or transit authority; at least one year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity.


Other Information:
