Compensation:
Salary Range (Grade B/775): $104,077- $154,437
Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for the development, roll out, and data integrity of all the electronic Facilities Systems. They will be responsible for consolidating various databases and spreadsheets into a unified system that will be the sole source of all facilities data for over 3,000 employee facilities and 55 above ground standalone facilities. Additionally, this position will also be accountable for the Subways-wide work order system (EAM) that will provide a consolidated work request system for all DOS employee facilities and will ensure data integrity. Lastly, this centralized database will be source of all current conditions facilities data which be used in development of future Capital Programs and 20 Year Needs Assessments.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a closely related field. Eight (8) years of full-time related experience and four (4) years of managerial/supervisory experience.
Or an education and experience equivalent.

All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
